We have been developing our concept scheme for an extensive conversion of a large Victorian villa property in Belsize Park, London.

The proposed alterations are undertaken in order to improve the existing use of the property and potentially provide additional residential accommodation. By extending the basement we are able to maximize the potential of the site allowing us to provide a potential new dwelling appropriate for properties in this location.

The ground floor and proposed basement would be combined to create two maisonette flats. The combined floors would be split vertically creating two storey flats. Each flat would benefit from the large bay window on the ground floor with street aspect and at the rear would have access to the garden providing private outdoor amenity space.
