We have been appointed to review the potential for adapting and possibly extending a Grade II Listed property on Fort Crescent, Margate.
Situated in the Margate Conservation Area, Fort Crescent is a picturesque and historic street facing the seafront. A sensitive approach to restoring the building and enhancing the existing apartments will be a key focus to our design appraisal.
