We have successful achieved planning for our reconfiguration and extensions to a unique Georgian Townhouse in Deal, Kent.
Our brief was to alter the layout of the ground floor to better suit the owners needs, and to reconnect the house with the garden.
The upper floors have been remodelled to provide a master suite and 4 separate bedrooms. A key feature to explore was providing a sea view from the master suite.
The project starts on site late summer 2023.
