We have been appointed to transform and extend a double fronted detached Victorian villa in central Broadstairs, Kent.
Our brief is to alter the layout of the ground floor to better suit the current owners’ needs as a growing family, and to reconnect the house with the garden.
We also intend to potentially extend the property via a 2 storey side extension to improve the bedroom accommodation and possibly a new master suite.
