We have been appointed to transform and extend a substantial detached Victorian villa in central Whitstable, Kent.

Set within the town Conservation Area, our brief is to alter the layout of the entire property to better suit the current owners needs as a growing family, and to reconnect the house with the garden.

We also intend to potentially extend the property via a fabric first approach to improve the energy efficient throughout the property. Renewable energy sources will be adopted to complement the overall client vision for the property.
