Our proposals to extend a late Victorian property in Stoke Newington, London under permitted development rights has successfully secured planning permission from Hackney.

Our client had a modest budget to transform their current home and were keen to explore the possibilities of extending upwards using permitted development rights.

Loft conversion projects potentially add 20% to your house’s value. Careful design considerations ensured the proposed space would meet our clients vision for their home while adding both financial and lifestyle benefits.
