Our concept design to transform a terraced property in Whitstable, Kent has been submitted for planning.
Our client asked us to assist with extending the property at ground floor level, improving the internal layout and extending the property at roof level.
The existing house has a very poor connection to a fantastic rear garden. Our brief was to improve the connection between the external space and internal spaces.
A small garden studio will complete the proposed modifications.
